The aspect about this whole conflict within the church that disturbs me most, is how the radical liberals have unwilling to discuss the issues.

Instead, the Church has been presented with a "Change to meet our expectations or else" agenda. Is it any wonder that they are met with a backlash of instant rejection?

The saddest part is that some of the good works performed by the liberal bastion are truly excellent. But they get ignored because of the ideological conflict.

The 'in-your-face' style of confrontational change is counterproductive and has led to our current state.

While I find the 'new Bible' witty, I also find a very sad reminder of the state of the Church.
