I don't have a dog in the Dutch immigration fight. Has the Times lost all interest in presenting a fair portrait of political opinions? If this is the way they are presenting the news these days, it's not wonder they're losing readership and influence.

More Proof
That the conventional wisdom about reporters is accurate. When I was in high school, the thinking was that if you wanted easy grades at college, you majored in journalism.
That policy continues to bear fruit.
I cringe every time I read an AP article about a Supreme Court decision. Every time.
