Oh I agree. If Osama Bin Laden were truly intelligent, instead of a jumped madman with a lot of cash, he would have just waited. At the time of 9/11 the USA was disengaging from our international commitments and drawing down the military. Europe was blindly ignoring it's own imminent demographic death. Not everyone is awake now. But a lot more are, than were in days past.
