It's good to know that the Episcopal Church will be discussing such concerns. Because they care, deeply, about important issues that do not concern them in the least.

The study they cite only looked at fatal shootings in poor neighborhoods in Philadelphia with a high level of drug-related violence. Typical liberal study; only look at data which proves the result you want. They still had to fudge the data to reach the desired result.
