Really Really Small

IBM is saying that they now have the ability to make transistor equivalents the size of a molecule. It's not quite nanotechnology, but it's getting close.

This is one of those things that just leaves me speechless in amazement! I'm still trying to comprehend how much data you can store in a petabit!
