I always thought we had the best liturgy (okay, 1928 - even modernized works) but too few clergy who understood or believed it, much less full-blown Scripture.<BR/><BR/>Episcopal religion corresponds to the peace 'n justice political leanings I had in my teens and early twenties. It was not an easy decision, but events have proved that without a genuinely transcendent miracle, TEC is already finished as a Christian institution. <BR/><BR/>The latest use of "+Shoria Law" to persecute the faithful is just more of the same. I have this picture of the devil and a couple of his favorite demons having coffee and marveling incredulously that the bulk of TEC, both clergy and laity, have STILL not awakened to the danger.
